As a student, faculty member or staff member at GBCC, you can borrow materials from

• The GBCC Library
• Other CCSNH Libraries (except for Concord)
• The UNH Dimond Library (in person or via Interlibrary Loan)
• Other libraries in NH (via Interlibrary Loan)

Checking Out Library Materials

To check out GBCC Library materials, you must have a Library account and a current CCSNH Student ID card. We will set up your Library account with your Student ID card and your EasyLogin username (GBCC email).

Reference books and print journals, magazines and newspapers do not circulate.

Loan Periods

• Books – 3 weeks
• Videos (DVDs) – 3 days

For use in Library only:

• iPads – same day
• Course reserve items – same day
• Phone chargers – same day

Renewing and Returning Materials

To renew Library materials, please call us, email us or come in on or before the due date.

When returning books, give items to Library staff or use the book drop to your left as you enter the Library. When the Library is closed, you may deposit materials in the book drop outside the Library doors.

Overdue Fines

The Library charges .25 per day, per overdue item after a one day grace period. Please get a payment form from the Library and then pay all fines at One Stop.

All materials must be returned and all fines paid before the end of a semester. Otherwise, a hold will be placed on your account and you will not be able to register for courses, get transcripts or graduate.
